✶ PATTERN DYES

Pattern dyes are created by twisting and folding fabric and securing with rubber bands, then soaking with dyes and inks.

In contrast to traditional tie dye, where color is added for variation, our method utilizes bleach to remove color. This process interacts with the base color of the fabric, resulting in shades that vary and depend on how long the bleach is left on the fabric.

Hydrogen peroxide is used to counteract and halt the bleaching process, ensuring the fabric remains resilient as well as preventing bleach from overpowering the design.
